Projects

Every project starts as an idea. Every project selection and development is the process of evaluating and choosing the ones that best align with both organization’s objectives and its performance. Project selection is all about having an established game plan that accounts for both capacities of the company and strategic thinking. Let’s take a look at the benefits that companies stand to gain when these are balanced right. Below we leave a very curated selection of our best projects. Each of these emphasizes our mission, vision, and values as a company. These projects led us to strive and think beyond our own limits, since they were projects that challenged us, and encouraged us, to only present the best of ourselves. At AT Facade we are proud of our achievements and the achievements of our clients.

Curtain Wall Designer: AT Facade

Curtain Wall Manufacturer: AT Facade

Glass Manufacturer: SSMGLASS

The Project Features: Adopt BIPV design concept

The world’s most advanced weak light power generation technology (CdTe) was adopted for this special project. According to the comprehensive design of both curtain walls and electrification, high-efficiency power generation can be achieved based on realizing the original functions of the curtain wall.

Besides meeting the demand point of the building itself, there will be enough surplus power to support the power consumption of other buildings.

It is a very successful Curtain Wall – Power Generation project.

Glass Manufacturer: SSMGLASS

The Project Features: For this special project, we applied ultra-high size glass and structural calculation of all the glass in the curtain wall to provide design, production, and installation from start to finish.

We also provided safe and reliable super large glass (3660mm * 18000mm), horizontal bending toughening, laminating, and hollow composite products to meet the design and project requirements and achieve better added-value construction.

Our design concept pursues the limits of vision. The owner of our design and products deserves a high degree of recognition: “dare to challenge, dare to break through, dare to achieve”.

New York City Hotel

Curtain Wall Designer: AT Facade

Glass Manufacturer: SSMGLASS

The Project Features: A whole new challenging project: the owners required their hotel to have the same glass staircase as the Apple’s 5th avenue store, or one even better. From the preliminary planning and design, to the structural calculation and production, we finally delivered an 11000 mm * 2150 mm special-shaped, super large, SGP laminated glass staircase.

The most important thing we took into account during the process was the accuracy and weight of the glass -about 2.5 tons of weight approximately. Now we are guiding our customers on how to install it correctly.

Every unconventional product is a new challenge. In the era of standardized production, how to produce more out-of-the-box ideas is our main goal: From design to production to customer demand-oriented, we aim to achieve the extraordinary.

The Project Features: The whole building was conceived in the shape of a bowl, so the architectural design required a curved surface. This is a multi-curved curtain wall project and its realization required a multi curved surface tempered glass for compound gluing and hollow, to ensure the design performance of the curtain wall.

Throughout the process, we continuously adopted toughening technology that delivered perfectly. Multi curved surface tempering is the trend of the future and architectural design has the means to achieve it, we are proud of our exploration and efforts.

“Straight-line belongs to humans; curve belongs to God”.
This is from the classic saying of legendary architect Antonio Gaudi.
